FRIDAY: we have been asked to run the concession stand at North Paulding HS, so their football parents can go watch the homecoming game. This is great fun for older elementary and up! SATURDAY: some of you may know Shannon Groover from the Kennesaw Campus. She sent me this request this week:
I wanted to contact you guys for two reasons. My husband and I started the North Paulding Wolfpack Youth League this past spring and are in the middle of our first season. We have 197 kids..wow we weren’t expecting that turn out but it has been great. Anyways this may be a long shot but I wanted to see if the church would have any volunteers that would be interested in helping out at our Homecoming Party Saturday night(this Saturday…6-9) It will be at the fields in Bentwater. We have 3 jumphouses, food vendors and a few games that we are looking for a few extra hands with. We are having a Homecoming walk with our football players and cheerleaders at 7:30. Our board will obviously be working from dusk til dawn but we are trying not to ask other families so they can enjoy the day with their kids. If you guys have any interest, please let me know.

SUNDAY: bake 3-5 dozen cookies and bring them divided in baggies by 2’s or 3’s. We’ll attach an invite card and hand them back out to our people to take on a cookie blitz to our neighbors.
